Mire való a vizsgálat?

A vizsgálat a vérrögök képződésének és az ismeretlen okból megnyúlt aktivált parciális tromboplasztin idő (APTI) okának kiderítésére szolgál, különösen akkor, ha önnél többször előfordult vetélés; része az antifoszfolipid szindróma miatti kivizsgálásnak; időnként autoimmun betegségek kivizsgálása során is végzik.

Mikor kell a vizsgálatot elvégezni?

Ha önnél ismeretlen okból megnyúlt APTI-t mutatnak ki; ha önnél többször előfordult ismeretlen okból kialakult vérrög; ha többször volt vetélése, főként a második és harmadik trimeszterben.

Milyen mintára van szükség?

A kar könyökhajlati vénájából levett vérmintára.
